My employeer has started a healthy lifestyle challenge. This being the first week, all we had to do was exercise three days during the week for at least 30 minutes.
I walked 1.5 miles today. Monday and Tuesday I only got in a mile…not bad to start with I figured. But today I did the whole 30 minuets. I was very proud of myself…but now I’m feeling the pain. Why did I pick to walk uphill into a wind, with my backpack?
