A season for every heart

I hate cold weather…but alas. It’s a moneymaking business for some folks. The ski resorts around here pray for snow, as well as the tow trucks I’m sure. As for me, I’ll take a summer rainstorm or a fresh spring day over anything else. My day will come and someone somewhere will complain about it. Until then.

  1. I’m with you about the cold weather, Cowgal! and there is nothing better than a summer rainstorm. The smell of the warm, damp earth and the green of the gardens and grasses. Okay, now I can’t wait for spring!!!! 😉

*Me to Teeni! I know lets just hop a plane and head for warmer climates.

  2. You need to come to SC for a visit. We actually do have cold, cold days and nights from time to time. In fact, it was in the low 20s a couple of days last week. However, we’ve also had some recent temps in the 70s. Today I was fortunate enough to have lunch with my sister, and we were both fussing a little about the cold weather: 54 degrees.

*Oh that sounds so nice! But then again…I’d complain about the humidity. I guess that I’m never happy.

  3. I H-A-T-E being cold… spring can’t come soon enough….Sun on my face, warmth in my bones… it’s coming.. hang in there!

    *you too!
